CANCELLATION POLICY

At Tolet 4 Me, we aim to provide transparent and reliable real estate services. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which users can cancel services or listings.

1. Cancellation by Users

A. Property Listing Cancellation

  • You can cancel your property listing at any time by logging into your account and removing the listing.
  • If the listing was a paid listing, the amount will not be refunded once the listing goes live.

B. Premium Service Cancellation

  • If you have subscribed to any premium or paid service (e.g., featured listing, agent services), cancellations must be made within 24 hours of payment and before the service has started to be eligible for consideration.

2. Cancellation by Tolet 4 Me

We reserve the right to cancel or remove any property listing or user account under the following conditions:

  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions or policies
  • Posting of false, misleading, or illegal property information
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activities

In such cases, no refund will be provided.

3. Appointment or Visit Cancellations

If you have scheduled a site visit or consultation with an agent or property owner:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
  • Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in temporary suspension of your booking privileges.
